Supervision

Mandy is currently accepting students and therapists for clinical supervision for limited licensed counselors in the State of Michigan. Her supervision hours can be used for LARA qualification purposes.

Mandy emphasizes the importance of therapist self-care and personal development in supervision and believes that supervision is a collaborative process:

"We all have our own unique voice and way of thinking that allows us to experience life in many diverse ways. My role and goal as a supervisor is to help enhance and aid in the development of supervisees own unique ways of conducting therapy. I firmly believe that my role is to walk alongside you in your journey. I see supervision as an opportunity to pass down and share my own experiences, knowledge and expertise in order to help you make your own decisions. I want you to find your own path in treatment and client care rather than expecting you to follow in my particular footsteps. We are all unique in clinical service of others, I want to help you find and develop your own individual gifts.”
